Combat The Dark Days of Winter: “Sunny”
Winter Solstice is almost here, S.A.D. may have you down…but it’s about to lighten up in a few weeks.
Until then, here’s three versions of ‘Sunny’, to keep you lit.
First, the Jazz. Pat Martino, John Scofield, Joey Defrancesco (awesome, classy solos).

Second, The Jamiroquai.

Last, and funky not least, The Godfather J. Brown, in Paris, 1971. Good God!

Last note: the song ‘Sunny’ has been covered by a ton of musicians (pop and jazz), like Wes, Cher, etc. but the guy who wrote it is still alive: Bobby Hebb.
