I Work For The Pub: The Un-Promo

I know another reason why we got acquired; it’s because they saw heart in us.
In the same way that Paul points out this guy’s excitement to be part of a group of people “changing the world”, I gotta point out that I am happily in the same boat, IMHO.
It’s just that an online advertising exchange isn’t as sexy — or as easy to understand — as a cool social networking site like Facebook. It’s still just as needed, though –maybe more.
I understand Justin’s stoke. And everyone else on my team feels that same stoke.
With that, here’s my personal love letter (maybe call it the “un-promo”)…explaining why.
The full disclosure thang: I do videos etc. for Direct Media Exchange, but this is my own thing; this was a little too edgy for my company (and this is my toned down version :) ).
But I think you’ll get it…
It’s because…”I work for the pub”.
